cardiovascular: Relating to the circulatory system, that is the heart and blood vessels.

heart: A muscular organ that pumps blood through the body, traditionally thought to be the seat of emotion.

arteries: blood vessel that conveys blood from the heart to any part of the body

veins: the system of branching vessels or tubes conveying blood from various parts of the body to the heart.

digestive system: A system of organs for the purpose of digesting food.

lymphatic system: In mammals, including humans, a network of lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes that transport fluid, fats, proteins, and lymphocytes to the bloodstream as lymph, and remove microorganisms and other debris from tissues.

nervous system: An organ system that coordinates the activities of muscles, monitors organs, constructs and processes data received from the senses, and initiates actions.

sex organ: An organ used in sexual reproduction.

respiratory system: The system of organs serving for respiration.

lungs: either of the two saclike respiratory organs in the thorax of humans and the higher vertebrates.

skeleton: The system that provides support to an organism, internal and made up of bones and cartilage in vertebrates, external in some other animals.
