Immigrant: A person who comes to a country to permanently settle from another country.
Quota: A prescribed number or percentage that may serve as, for example, a maximum, a minimum, or a goal.
Alien: A foreigner residing in a country.
Native-Born: being a native and inhabitant of the same place
Naturalization: The action of naturalizing somebody.
Refugee: A person seeking refuge in a foreign country due to poverty and no prospect of overcoming said poverty in his home country, i.e., a person seeking an economic asylum.
